Born and raised in Schenectady, Carmen has deep roots in the community. Carmen's work ethic and commitment extend beyond the office walls. Embracing a hybrid schedule, he divides his time between the Schenectady office and working remotely from Poughkeepsie, New York, where he resides with his fiancée, Katie. In his leisure time, Carmen remains an ardent sports enthusiast, actively supporting the New York Yankees and closely following the world of Formula 1, with a special passion for Scuderia Ferrari. Carmen also enjoys trying new restaurants with Katie and hanging out with his extended Family.
